REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Due to federal and provincial regulations, cannabis products are not eligible for return or refund once purchased, unless the product is defective or incorrect.


1. Cannabis Products

We can only process returns or exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is defective or damaged

  • There is a Health Canada recall

In all cases, the product must be returned unopened and in original packaging within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.


2. Accessories & Non-Cannabis Items

Accessories (e.g., glassware, vaporizers, grinders) may be returned within 14 days if:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • Free from damage

  • Accompanied by a receipt

Used accessories cannot be returned due to hygienic and safety reasons.


3. Online Orders

  • Refunds cannot be issued once cannabis has been transferred to you at pickup.

  • If an error occurred in your order, please notify staff at pickup.

  • You must show ID and the same card used for the purchase when collecting online orders.


4. Sale Items

All discounted or clearance items are final sale.
